Founder
Ar. Mhykee finished his B.S. Architecture at the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines and is now a registered and practicing Architect. He passed his Licensure Exam in 2004 with a design grade of 90% and among the top passers.

Our CEO is also a licensed Authorized Managing Officer and Safety Officer II and likewise the Director of United Architects of the Philippines, STC for Emerging Technology in the AEC. He is also the volunteer Design and Project Management Architect of Christ Commission’s Fellowship Q.C.

Our Chairman has 18 years of professional undertakings designing and completing over a hundred commercial, residential, industrial and agricultural Design and/or Build projects worth billions of pesos.

Our Founder has started eight (8) companies, including an I.T. based business chain with 43 branches named I.T. Log Park. He has since concentrated on the AEC and I.T. fields for the past 18 years which evolved into the ITC CORP. - a technologically innovative “Design + Build” firm.
Anne Krystle Mariposa-Yee

Anne is a graduate of Ateneo De Manila University, Katipunan Ave, Quezon City, Philippines with a degree in BS Management Major in Communications Technology Management, Minor in Business Development. She also completed two (2) courses in Slims Fashion & Design School on Fashion Design and Dressmaking.

She is currently the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of the firm. Her expertise is not only in sales and marketing but also in interior and creative designs, making ITC CORP. always a step ahead of the challenges and demands.

She is the co-founder and CEO of Jacinto & Lirio, a socially responsible enterprise that creates vegan products utilizing water lilies (hyacinth) as main materials which only ITC CORP. uses exclusively in interior fit-outs. Her innate love for environmental consciousness and sustainability has influenced ITC CORP. towards “green” construction methodologies and corporate practices.

Terrie finished her BS Business Admin & Accountancy (Magna Cum Laude) at the University of the Philippines,
Her experience in as a Certified Public Accountant, Licensed Real Estate Broker, Licensed Insurance Advisor and Certified Investment Solicitor, and Licensed Non-Life Insurance Advisor drives ITC CORP.'s financial growth and strengthens its sales strategies.
She is the president of Rotary Club of San Juan Del.monte 2023- 2024 and won the most outstanding president . Their club also won the most outstanding club..Their environment project entry won the best National environment project.She is currently serving as the club's treasurer. She will also serve as one of the assistant governors for Rotary district 3800 for rotary year 2025-2026.
